A Colorado native who transplanted herself to Lancaster Wisconsin in 2012, Kathy is a self-taught herb connoisseur who invites you to walk with her on the herbaceous side of herbal deliciousness, healthy benefits and magical lore. Kathy also owned and operated The Maple Harris Guest house, a vegan B&B, for seven years.
